Brand
Green Bay is a brand of a new investment area belonging to Zarząd Morskiego Portu Police Sp. z o.o. The following are planned within the area of ca. 28 ha:
a) construction of a new universal berth with the length of 200 m,
b) construction of a new dolphin berth with the length of 200 m,
c) improvement of the road access to the port by building a new road with the length of 2200 m,
d) construction of a new railway line with the length of 5725 m,


The subject responsible for the investment is Zarząd Morskiego Portu Police Sp. z o.o. The shareholders of the company are: Zakłady Chemiczne Police SA - 90 % shares and the Commune of Police - 10% shares.

The investment also involves the planned construction of a power network with mean voltage of 6 kV connected to the power system of Z.Ch. "Police" SA, based on the planned road layout. To provide the investors in these areas with electrical power it is planned to build a PXXII - 6/0,4 kV station powered with two cable lines 3x(2x240 mm2) Al from section I, field no 25 and section II, field 26 from the existing PXV - 6kV station (ob. W-30a).

A construction of a pump sewage system is planned located in the delimitating lines of the planned access road to the sea port. This sewage system will mainly collect the waste connected with the functioning of the social and technical base located in the production and service investments.

A distributive water supply system was designed made of PE pipes with the diameter of de 225, connected to the existing water supply system in Jasienicka Street.



  Power of the region
The economic potentate of the region is Zakłady Chemiczne "Police" SA employing about 2800 people alone, and almost 5 thousand people together with the dependent partnerships. The company is one of the largest producers of fertilizers and titanium white in Poland. The rank of the administrative district and the versatile activity of Zakłady Chemiczne "Police" SA are also strengthened by the strong position of the Sea Port, which is the fourth port in Poland as regards the transshipment of the mass of commodities. The service, economic and scientific base for the investors is the nearby city of Sczecin. As regards the pro-ecological investment, the Police region belongs to the leading ones in Poland.

Investors locating their investments in the West Pomeranian Province also appreciate the geographical location of the region and the available means of water, railway, air and road transport.
