Possibilities for cooperation
On the present stage of work we can propose two solutions regarding the range of future cooperation:
a) ZMPP Sp. z o.o. manages the areas where potentially interested parties carry on their investment activity based on their own infrastructure (built on the leased area - long-term agreement),
b) Logistics operators perform their transshipment tasks based on their own mass of commodities.


  Planned stages of investment work


05.2009 - obtaining the title to the land
05.2009-04.2010 - preparation of the building and construction design together with the building permit
05-09.2010 - organization of a tender and choice of the general contractor
10.2010 - preparation and organization of the building site
12.2010 - 09.2013 - construction of an access road, a railway line together with viaducts, a universal berth and a dolphin berth
10-12.2013 - acceptance and obtaining the authorization of usufruct
